Great food terrible service. The woman who answered the phone is beyond rude. They forgot half my order and waited over a half hour to deliver it. When I called she pretty much told me too bad and hung up the phone on me. I will never order from there again.

me & my husband have ordered from here a couple times and we never had an issues. except for this weekend saturday 5/21/16 we ordered general tso's chicken & chicken with broccoli combination platters which came with pork fried rice and egg rolls,vegtable lo-mein, and chicken meatballs. i thought the chicken meatballs looked funny a lil different than usual. anyways we ate dinner but barely dented the food and by 10 am the next day i was so sick with food poisoning. i have never been so sick in my life it was unbearable...i lost 5 lbs from sat to monday if that helps to explain the pain i went threw. shortly after i got sick my husband got food poisoning as well which further confirmed it was the chinese food. needless to say with an 8 month old and both of us sick as dogs with food poisoning it was hard to get threw the day. after feeling slightly better monday afternoon and being livid from the hell we went threw i informed the health department as well as panda wok and they in no way wanted to accept responsibility for the actions. i will not be ordering from them anymore as well as informing others not to. i also expected a refund for the hell we were put threw. i figured that was the least they can do but instead they didn't and said i should have called sick as a dog to let them no the day it happened, because that was the first thing on my mind. i couldn't think or talk about food let alone call them about the food that made me sick. please think twice before ordering from panda wok in parsippany.

I love this place. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable and the staff is very nice. Also, the portions are huge and they dont mind when I hoard the WY duck sauce :D Their delivery service is also pretty fast, we always get our food within 30 mins. Definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant by far!
